- Obsidian is amazing for EVERYTHING, because plugins. Hard to share stuff, tho
- Kanban:
the MS365 app ,Planner is not enabled on student accounts
[trello](https://trello.com) is the reference, but it doesn't mean it's the best. still, Big recommend.
Obviously, tools are useless without training. Look for an introduction to the _principle_ of Kanban (comes from Toyota, I think)
It is _Really cool_ to do it analogue, with post-it notes on a whiteboard. and by cool, I mean the physical manipulative help you embody the project time
- Flowcharts:
- [drawio.com](https://www.drawio.com) is all you need. Got all the shapes and stuff, really good and _relatively_ intuitive way of connecting and editing stuff, and you can download XML files, or store them onto a cloud storage backend.
- So if you plug it into your Uni OneDrive, then you can share diagram. BEWM. You're welcome 😎👉👉
- Gantt Charts
- Okay, this one is up to you - a whiteboard on your bedroom wall could be the right place so you have it in your line of sight all the time.
- You don't need an actual whiteboard, they sell [rolls of paper](https://www.amazon.co.uk/Magic-Whiteboard-Reusable-Surface-Perforated/dp/B001P5UAV8) which stick by static, and _voilà_!
- Like Kanban, it's really important to understand the point - Gantt captures _precedence_ - once the problem is decomposed, some tasks need other tasks done first, some tasks can be run in parallel. The sequence of tasks that depend on each other, within your project, the minimum length of time when you follow this precedence, but parallelise everything else, is called the _critical path_.
